It has been forever since I have blogged. Kourtney is almost 7 months old and I have written anything about her. She had a really hard first 3 months ( as did I ) but the next 4 have been so great. We are all obsessed with her!! None of us can leave her alone and she smiles through all the kisses and hugging.

As many of you know that read my blog the last year or so for me has been a hard one! After many doctors many mis diagnosis and the last doctors appointment having the doctor tell Zack and I that my hormones are so screwed up most likey I will not be able to have anymore children!! WELL BITE ME DOCTOR!!!! Zack and I will be welcoming another addition to our family in august ( thank goodness not december again) I am 10 weeks and making out with the toilet on a regular basis and couldn't be happier!!!

Disneyland 2009

A few weeks ago my wonderful parents took the whole family to disneyland! yes that is 34 people! As crazy as it got at times it was so much fun! My kids were in heaven. Every morning that they woke up was a day filled with cousins and fun for 8 straight days! They haven't stopped talking about it! Hailey still wakes up every morning asking if we are going to see the dolls! ( Its a Small World ride ) So thank you Grandma and Grandpa for giving my kids their first trip to disneyland and Braxton chance to fight darthvader! Our kids Love you guys as much as we do and that is alot!

We have had a fun and very busy summer! We just got back from Disneyland with my whole family I will post those later but here is some pictuers of our summer!!

He started preschool( Hailey and I cried the whole way home after dropping him off the first day)
He can now swim without any floaties
He is still one of the sweetest kids around

I don't know who is more excited that it is summer me or the kids!!! It is so nice to not be stuck inside all day long! We have been taking full advantage of the nice weather! Hailey has never been one for eating breakfast but she is eating like a champ just so she can go out back and swing!! Braxton is so excited to have all his friends out of school for the summer!

Okay so you know when you are in the line at the check out, there is a person in front of you paying for their groceries. You are loading yours with the help of two really unhappy children onto the counter thingy! You go to turn and get more items out of you cart but can't move WHY because the person in line behind you has no concept of personal space!! I couldn't go forward or I would have slammed my cart into the nice women in front of me, And the women behind me had her cart so far up my you know what already I couldn't go back!! So I pushed the front of her cart back!! She looked at me all ticked off! Seriously Lady was I in your way? What was her hurry? Its not like the closer she gets to me the faster the lady in front of me gets her groceries and leaves! If you are one of those people out there who feel the need to get as close as you can in the line to the next person STOP IT NOW!! Your turn will come! Okay I am done now!

Easter Egg Hunt @ Grandmas and Grandpas!

Every year my parents have an Easter egg hunt and my kids love it! I am so Grateful that my parents have so many fun traditions so my kids can have the fun memories that I had as a child! Zack had to work so i tried to get as many pictures of the kids as possible and still be able to enjoy watching them myself!

Kangaroo Zoo

A few weeks ago my Mom Jill, Amber, Zack and I took the kids to Kangaroo Zoo and they all loved it! I was worried that Hailey would have a hard time keeping up with Braxton but her little legs never stopped moving!! If there was a slide to go down that was pretty high to climb Braxton would just get behind her a push her little butt all the way to the top!!! Both kids slept 12 hours that night! So if you are trying to find a fun place to take your kids ( since mother nature still thinks it is winter) I would suggest Kangroo Zoo!! We will be returning there soon!

Winter SUCKS!! But Magformers don't

With two little kids that can't go outside unless it is over 50 degrees Winter months are very boring! So one night when I was watching QVC ( YES I watch QVC because Zack works Late some night and I can't sleep until he gets home) Anyway!!
They had these really cool magnets that were called MAGFORMERS! So Braxton and Hailey both got a set from Santa for Christmas! I knew that they would like them but I was not thinking that they both would spend countless hours playing with them! Not only do they love them but ever adult that comes to my house seems tp love them also! So if you are looking for a new toy to pass winter days I would go to QVC and check them out! Plus I love to take a bag of them with us when we go out to eat and my kids just sit at the table and build with them while we wait for our food!

WHEN ALLREDS CAME TO VISIT!!

It has been really hard to have Jamie and her family living so far away!! It had been over a year since we had seen them so we spent everyday that we could with them!
My sisters and I get together every tuesday so it was so good to have us all there for the first time in forever!

We had a white elephant dinner, where everyone brings a dinner in a paper bag and we pick numbers to see what dinner you picked ( everyone who knows me well knows that I am very picky of what I eat So I was stressed out about picking something gross like chinesse food or something) Luckly my wonderful sister Jill went and got a sandwhich from Jasons deli and magically I ended up with it:)

We spent a lot of time at my parents just hanging out with them and talking! Hailey and Olivia warmed up to each and started playing really cute together! I am so sad that they are gone now, But so happy that we will see them in April for bryces wedding!!

Zack turned 28 on weds and that means that he is two years away from 30! I am so thankful to have Zack in my life! He's the most amazing father to our kids, they love him so much!! You look at zack and think that he is this tough guy, but all it takes is one of my kids to ask him pleaseeeeeeeeeee about anything and he gives them whatever they want! He would do anything for anyone! I honestly think that my family likes him more then me and if they had to choose between us he would win! He is the strongest person I know not just physically but mentally too! We love him so much and I don't know what I would do without him!

Every year on christmas eve we have our regular traditions...
1- breakfast with my family
2- skating party with my moms side of the family ( which is huge )
3- lunch with Zacks family
4- finger food at my parents that night!
Christmas Day!
1- watch kids open up presents
2- breakfast with just our little family!
3- lunch and opening presents with Zacks family!
4- dinner at my parents
5- Back to our house to play games and yet eat agian with Zacks family!!Plus the crazy week before with both kids birthdays! This is why we are all soooo tired! We played games at Jill and Pauls house on New Years Eve and the next day all the kids went sledding with Grandpa! I hope that everyone had a fun and crazy holiday season just like us!!!

BUBBA'S 4

Well Braxton turned 4 on the 21st! Bubba (is what everyone calls him) is the sweetest kid ever! He has such a tender heart and hates to see anybody upset or sad! Hailey has learned to use this to her advantage! He is such a fantastic older brother and takes such good care of Hailey! He loves to be with his cousins playing superheroes or any video game he can get his hands on! He tells me all the time that his Dad is his best friend and I love that he wants to be just like Zack! I am having a very hard time that he is growing up so fast! Happy Birthday Bubba we love you!

I can not believe that our little girl is two today! We actually celebrated her birthday on tuesday. I didn't really get any pictures of the party, but I got some of her the next day playing with some of her gifts! She was so worn out on tuesday night that she went and put herself to sleep!!
Even though Hailiey can be quite the little stinker she is also so much fun!! She loves to copy everything that Braxton does! She will repeat anything that he says and she really loves to tease him!! She is the most polite little kid ever, she says thank you to everything and when Zack gets home from work she always says I missed you Dad! We love her to pieces and don't know what life would be like without her! We love you "TWEET"

This time of year is busy for everyone I know but we have Haileys b-day on the 19th and Bubbas on the 21st so things are really crazy for us!! However we have fit in some of the regular traditions! We went to FORGOTTON CAROLS with my family which I love and we have had our baking night with the kids! We made sugar cookies and fudge and then a few nights later we made a gingerbread train! braxton was so careful decorating his cookies and the train! Hailey just dumbed all her candy all over the place! It is so much fun to have my kids at an age where we can start traditions like these!

I am so confused at why anyone would find these boys "HOT" seriously? I am not a fan of guys wearing tighter pants then the girl standing next to them or the fact that my 3 year old could kick their butts! Why in the world are pre-teen girls everywhere going crazy over these guys? I know that I may have found some boys in the past attactive that many of my friends and family have questioned!! But I am still just in shock that these three skinny little boys are what girls are going crazy for!!! Am I alone in this??????

So tomorrow is Veterans Day and I thought I would take a moment and give tribute to all the men and women who have served our country and continue to do so! I try to understand what it would be like to be shot at, or wearing a bullet proof vest with your blood type written on it, sleeping in a whole that you dug in the sand! Wondering what was going to happen next and if you are ever going to see your family again! As much as I try I will never completely understand what Zack went through! I hope that everyone will continue to support all the troops and their families! I pray for them every single day and thank my heavenly father that unlike many soliders my Zack came home to me safe! I am thankful for him and eveything that he has sacraficed for his family and country! I love and adore you Zack!!

As I was trying to avoid cleaning up the mess all around my house. I decided to get on the internet and start some of my christmas shopping! I then thought I would check out who has updated their blogs as I am doing so I start wondering on all sort of peoples blogs! I just started to go from one blog to the next blog and so on! Before I knew it a hour and a half had gone bye!!! Seriously I guess I am a so called Blog Stalker! I was not aware of how much time I could spend checking out peoples blogs! So I have decided to leave a message for all of those people that I am Blog Stalking! So in the near future if you have a random comment from me it is just me admitting to the fact that I stalk your blog! Pumpkin Painting and Haileys escape!!

So Zack and I thought that painting pumpkins instead of carving them would be a better idea for our kids and us ( I hate getting all the guts out of the pumpkin Gross!!!!) Hailey and Braxton loved it. It only took about 2 secs before Hailey had the great idea of painting her hair instead of the pumpkin!

We also had a very tramatic situation saturday night!! At about 4:30 a.m. we heard sounds coming from Haileys monitor. It just sounded like she was moving around a lot and then we heard knocking noises! So Zack went and opened her door and there she was out of her crib and holding her night light!! We are so not ready for her to be out of her crib!!! She is just such a little monkey! Naps are pretty much done with so is her just going back to sleep at night! Now she will be in bed with us just like Braxton is almost every night!!! Yeah

I am starting to understand why my sister Jamie felt the need to watch out for me all the time!! She was told by my Mom at a young age to take care of me and Jamie being the person she is took that job very seriously!!! There were times in my life that I wanted her to mind her own business!!! But the older I got the more I was thankful to have someone always on my side whether she agreed with my choices or not!!! I have found that Braxton has already taken on the role of protecting Hailey no matter what! He is always looking out for her and when she is sad she goes to him for comfort!! I found him telling friends that come and play that they need to go home if they are not nice to his baby sister!! I am so thankful that Hailey and Braxton have each other. In life it is nice to have someone always in your corner!! I know from experience!!

So I have recently become a runner. I have always been able to run short distance but never long. For ten weeks now I have been going to boot camp. I hated it at first, but now it is an addiction!!! For six out of the ten weeks I have had a pain on both sides of my shins on both legs! I have been told I have shin splints and the only way to heal them is to stop running!!! Well I refuse to do so!!! So I am asking all you runners out there if anyone knows of something I can do. A fabulous drug I can take.... Anything!! I am at the point that I will try just about anything!!

As I was going through all of my pictures I noticed this pattern with Braxton! He is always trying to be just like his Dad. He puts fake tattoos on himself all the time, He pretends that he is being called to a S.W.A.T call out. I love that he wants to be just like his Dad! There is no better of a person for him to look up to and try to be like. I just hope that he doesn't need that constant rush in life like his Dad. Plus I added a picture of Hailey, She adores her Dad!! We love you Zack

Today we got Hailey blessed!! Yes she is almost two years old but at least we finally got it done!!! We missed having Olivia,Jamie, Clint and Trevor there but I took a million pictures so they wouldn't miss out on too much!! Thanks again to everybody for coming.

It is my mom's birthday today so I thought I would let her know how much I love and admire her. I know that everyone thinks that their mom is the greatest but I know that my mom really is. Not only did she raise 7 kids, but we all turned out half decent. My mom is the most selfless person that I know. My Mom and Dad made it a point to be at everything that me and my brothers and sisters were involved in. They even try to make it every single thing that their grandchildren are involed in. I couldn't ask for better parents or better grandparents for my kids!!! All I can say is that if my kids grow up and feel the same way about me as I do my Mom then I will feel like I did a dang good job!!! I love you Mom Happy Birthday!

So school has started for all the kids in our neighborhood. My poor little man is bored out of his mind!!! He wants to be going to school so badly. I feel bad because he could be in preschool if I wasn't such a freak. I just was not ready to send him off 3 days a week and not have any idea of what he was doing!!! So Zack is now in the process of finishing the basement so the kids can have a fun new playroom to keep the winter months from not being so long.

So I finally did what I have been saying I have wanted to do for years now! I Have black hair!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously! It is so weird to look in the mirror because I have never not been a blonde! When I got home Hailey wanted nothing to do with me. It took a good 20 min. for her to warm up. Braxton told me that he likes my black hair much better, and Zack says he likes it ( but I think he is lying). I am not sure how I feel about it yet!! So I am going to get everybodys opinion!! Jamie be nice! I am going to have before and after pictures!!

Bedtime

Almost every night I do the exact same thing with my kids. I get them in the bath, we read books and then I put them to bed. Most nights, (because zack works nights a lot) I am the one reading to the kids. But I got a few pictures of zack reading to them and Braxton reading to Hailey. It is moments like this that make me wish that my kids will stay little forever. Being a Mom is very stressful, but there is nothing I would rather be doing!!!!!!!

Ok so at first I really that this blogging thing seemed really stupid, But I love being able to see how people are doing!!! Even though I talk to me sisters all the time they post pictures that I have never seen. I love being able to get on your blog Jamie and see what you are up to. It makes me feel like you aren't so far away.

Plus I have gotton the chance to see what some of my friends from high school have been doing and what their lives are like now. My one question is should I being having a private blog?? I see that some people do that and I know whitney is going to. Why ? is there a reason???

So I have finally decided to try this whole blog thing. It might take me awhile to get the hang of things. I am now wishing that I hadn't sluffed all of my computer classes in high school. I have to wait for Zack to come and show me how to set everything up so it might be awhile before I have pictures.
